Setting up two-factor authentication

2FA for Authorization

1. Sign in to https://my.exscudo.com ;

2. Click the gear icon in the upper right corner of the page;

3. Go to SECURITY tab, in the menu, select 2FA FOR AUTHORIZATION;

Steps in details

Step 1. Download and install Google Authenticator application on your mobile device. Depending on operating system in use, you either have to launch the Google Play app, or the App Store app, and find the required Google Authenticator app, then download and install it. If this app has already been installed on your device, launch it.

Step 2. Scan QR Code or enter the code manually in Google Authenticator app.

  • Launch Google Authenticator, if you have not done so on previous step;

  • Tap '+' icon in the right bottom corner;

  • Choose Scan a barcode;

  • Scan the QR-Code;

  • Once the Google Authenticator app recognizes the code and adds it in its list, move to the next step.

Save this code to restore access to Google Authenticator account if lost in any form (e.g., write it down on paper).

Step 3. Enter details to confirm operation. Type in your Exscudo Exchange account password, as well as the Google Authenticator code. Then click ENABLE GOOGLE AUTHENTICATION button.

2FA for Authorization has been successfully enabled.

2FA for Withdrawal

1. Sign in to https://my.exscudo.com ;

2. Click the gear icon in the upper right corner of the page;3. Go to SECURITY tab, then 2FA FOR WITHDRAWAL;

4. Click SET UP 2FA button. A pop-up window will appear notifying about the necessity to check the associated mailbox for a confirmation link.

5. Go to your email box, find the letter from [email protected], click the button SET UP 2 FA.

6. You will be redirected to a special page to set up 2FA for withdrawal operations. The instruction includes 4 steps to follow:
